We require a deposit of 25% on all tours.
Payment can be made by cheque, money order Visa or MasterCard, or Interac e-Transfer. Any processing charges or fees are your responsibility.
All rates are in Canadian dollars. All foreign currencies listed on this web site are approximate. Currency exchange rates are in constant fluxuation and your exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company or your bank at the time of booking. If you would like to get an estimate on the current exchange rate you can calculate it on one of the many online exchange rate services such as this one.
For all tours there is an additional 5% tax called the GST (Goods and Services Tax).
A deposit of 25% to reserve your space on a tour is due at time of booking. The balance of your trip cost is due 90 days prior to departure. We automatically charge your credit card when the balance is due unless otherwise arranged.
As a small company, our business depends on maximising occupancy and cancellations often result in empty spaces. Cancellation of your reservation must be notified to us in writing and will take effect on the day we receive it.
Once you have made your reservation, we’ll send you a pre trip information package including an itinerary, packing list, transportation options, accommodation options, directions, meeting times and frequently asked questions.
Please note that there is a $10 per person per night (included in the rate) that goes towards the stewardship of the Mamalilikula-Qwe’Qwa’Sot’Em first nation
Unforeseen circumstances may result in you having to change your plans or even cancel at the last moment. To protect non-refundable deposits and payments we strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This is available from travel agents, some health care and credit card companies, and via various websites.
We STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance including a cancellation policy and emergency medical care. Please be sure to consider such things as pre-existing medical conditions, valuable items and that the policy is right for you. We are authorised to provide QBE Insurance. You can purchase insurance online with QBE Insurance here.
If you have booked some of your flights directly with the airline or travel agency, please be sure to advise us of any flight changes (timings, numbers etc.) and please be sure to check that your final itinerary has the details correctly noted. Orca Dreams will not be responsible for transfers, accommodation, tour planning or for any travel arrangements that are effected by flights not booked and ticketed by our office. Orca Dreams do not take responsibility for any third party services which are delayed due to resons beyond our control.
